Teqball World Series – Quy Nhon Most Valuable Player Victor Oyemade returns home

President of the Nigeria Teqball Federation (NIGTEQ), Engr. Habu Gumel on Thursday welcomed the Teqball World Series – Quy Nhon Most Valuable Player Victor Ademoye Oyemade in a ground reception in his residence alongside the Vice President of the Federation, Mr. Ndudi Edede, and other members of staff.

While congratulating Victor on this milestone achievement, he acknowledged the commitment and dedication of all Nigerian Teqball Athletes and Coaches. “We are thrilled to celebrate this outstanding achievement and we know that it is just the beginning of great things to happen to teqball development in Nigeria and Africa in general,” Engr. Habu Gumel stated

“Your dedication, passion and commitment will inspire a new generation of Teqball players across the country, and we look forward to more successes in the future,” he added.

Oyemade made history by becoming the first Nigerian and African to win the newly introduced Most Valuable Athlete award at the global level, beating out top players from around the world. His impressive performance earned him a coveted spot in the Teqball Hall of Fame and has brought pride and recognition to Nigeria, cementing the country’s position as a force to be reckoned with in the Teqball world.
