Hon Joshua Hitler Pwajok, Special Adviser to the Governor on Youth Mobilization and Empowerment has stated that Governor Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang’s insatiable quest to make sure that Plateau State is united beyond party, ethnic and religious affiliations for a prosperous state makes the governor “feels forgiveness is sacrosanct” Hon Pwajok said this on Friday, March, 22nd 2024 when he featured as a guest on the 3rd Interactive Session of Pointblank News Blog
“I have seen His Excellency advocating for us to end this ugly trend of always going for the necks of our past leaders that seemingly looks like vendetta or a witch hunt. If a leader will preach such a message, it means that he has gotten to a point where he feels forgiveness is sacrosanct and open system of governance where every stakeholder is welcomed to contribute their quota for the development of Plateau State is epitomized”.
He said though the government may not be aware of how those in the opposition intend to cooperate with the government to serve Plateau people, he was however optimistic that the unparalleled passion the governor has towards the economic recovery of the state hinged on unity of purpose is the driving force towards seeking collaboration with every stakeholder, the opposition inclusive.
“We may not know what those in the opposition party have in regards to the collaboration but I am sure that with our open minded policies which have the interest of Plateau people at the heart of it, has become eminent that we all look towards closing ranks and uniting to create opportunities for our people from those who are at the National level”.
“As an intermediary between the government and the youth in this responsible government, I will certainly make attempts to visit the National Assembly and meet with these stakeholders – our senators and House of Representatives members to talk Plateau not politics”.
“Politics is over like His Excellency will always say that it is now time for governance and the entirety of Plateau people are under his leadership regardless of your party affiliation and he owes the state nothing but good and transparent leadership. I don’t see our party difference being a cog in the wheel of progress instead we shall unite and for the first time in the history of the state work together like a family” he added.

He is collaborating with AfDB, World Bank, Wawe etc. All these investors are rushing to Plateau because of Governor Mutfwang’s credibility, passion, genuineness and transparency in the proposals the government gives out to these would-be investors”
