As a Transformational Speaker, he speaks every year for the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) all over Africa and Abuja, Nigeria. He is also a regular speaker at conferences that touch on religious and national matters.
As a Relationship Coach, he is the Lead Visionary of Teach Me to Love You Int’l. A Love and marriage Christian ministry that seeks to Model Love, Shape Culture, and Build Godly Relationships through monthly programs & events that cover courtship, marriage & family life. He is also the host & convener of the foremost relationship conference in the North themed Love & Fire Conference.
As a Pastor, he serves as the Resident Pastor of the Latterhouse Christian Centre Headquarters, a church called to help individuals discover, develop, deploy, and maximize their inherent kingly gifts and priestly callings.
As a leadership advisor and corporate management consultant, he is also the voice of counsel for senior special assistants of the Plateau State Government on religious matters and the CEO of AIR Global Consult. AIR is an acronym for Affluence, Influence, and Relevance. AIR aims to harness the human and material resources of citywide, statewide, national, and global reformation.
He holds a degree in Electrical Electronics Engineering from ATBU Bauchi and two Master’s degrees from the University of Maiduguri in Public Administration and from Tulane University New Orleans, USA, in Capacity Building.
He is a Fellow of the Mandela Washington Fellowship of Young African Leaders Initiative (MWFYALI). He is also a faculty member of several leadership institutions in the country, including the Latterhouse Leadership Institute. He has passed through the Daystar Leadership Academy (DLA), executive cohort, Lagos.
As he is fondly called, Pastor Bee is blissfully married to Pastor Stephanie Bigwan, A Pastor, an Esthetician, and a business mind. Their marriage of over a decade has been blessed with four Children.
Bamshak Bigwan’s passion is to transform individuals and organisations, resulting in increased effectiveness and productivity through specialized biblical teachings, mentoring programs, and partnerships. He wants to be remembered as someone who was actively involved in uplifting people and Institutions to achieve Affluence, Influence, and Relevance under God.
