The APC sympathises with the Long Goemai of Shendam, Miskoom Martin Shaldas over the death of his elder brother and the District Head of Shendam-A, Miskoom Thaddeus Shaldas.
The Party got the news of the demise of the traditional ruler with surprise and pain, having known him to be a reserved, cultured and revered gentlemen.
The late Miskoom Thaddeus, apart from being a traditional ruler,was a statesman who was exemplary in his conduct and also embodied discipline, humility as well as forthrightness in both his private and public life .
There is no doubt that the late traditional ruler will be missed not only by the Shaldas family, the Goemai nation, but the entire State.
The APC is therefore expressing its deep condolences to the the Long Goemai, the Shendam local government traditional council as well as the government and people of Plateau State over the great loss.
The Party also prayed for the reposed soul of the late traditional ruler.
