Represented by Hon Chief John M. Dafa’an, member representing Mikang/Shendam/Quaapan Federal Constituency, the Speaker charged the couple to build their home on genuine love and forgiveness. He emphasized that when the family is peaceful, the larger society shall be peaceful and that would translate into socioeconomic transformation of the country
The leader of Plateau Caucus in the 10th National Assembly congratulated the couple, his colleague Hon Asama and prayed God to bless and keep the couple. He made a handsome donation of #250,000 on behalf of the National Assembly caucus from the State while declaring that in line with Speaker’s policy, he doesn’t make public his donation but assured that his donation shall be delivered through the father of the groom, Hon Daniel Asama
