Rector Plateau State Polytechnic Salutes Nigerian Workers At Worker’s Day, Reserves Special Praise For Plapoly Staff

Dr Clement Selchum Chirman, Acting Rector, Plateau State Polytechnic, Barkin Ladi has applauded Nigerian Workers’ dedication, resilience and commitment to duty. Dr Chirman in a message to the workers made available to www.pointblank.com.ng, on Wednesday, 1st May, 2024 in commemoration of International Workers Day specially acknowledged the unquantifiable efforts of his workaholic colleagues at the Plateau State Polytechnic, Barkin Ladi for driving the citadel of learning towards recovering its lost glory

The former Chairman of Academic Staff Union of Polytechnic, ASUP said “Dear Management and Staff of Plateau State Polytechnic, Barkin Ladi,

“On this special day, we would like to extend our warmest wishes to all of you as we celebrate Workers’ Day. Your hard work, dedication, and commitment to excellence are truly appreciated and valued.

“We recognize and acknowledge the important role that every one of you plays in the success and growth of our institution. Your tireless efforts do not go unnoticed, and we are grateful for all that you do.

“As we commemorate this day, let us take a moment to reflect on the significance of our work and the impact that we have on the lives of our students and the community as a whole. Together, we can continue to strive for excellence and make a positive difference in the world.

The Rector also called on his colleagues to repay His Excellency, Barr Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang’s commitment to workers welfare in the state by rededicating their efforts to ensure that academic calendar of the Institution is followed religiously without any unnecessary extension. He assured them of his Management’s desire to always meet the plight of the workers and enjoined them to work as collaborators and not competitors with the Management and the State Government
